The 1170 Series Shearers are a range of high-power, high-reliability shearers independently developed by our company, specifically designed for mining liberated seams and achieving high-yield and high-efficiency mining in relatively thin coal seams.The total installed power of the equipment ranges from 1,120 kW to 1,410 kW, with a machine height of approximately 1.3 meters.The mining height ranges from 1.6 meters to 3.6 meters, adapting to a working face inclination of ≤45° and a pitching mining angle of ≤15°.This series of shearers features a heavy fuselage, high reliability and strong seismic resistance.Its electrical system is built on an ARM+DSP processor platform with a modular and distributed architecture.It is equipped with comprehensive operating condition monitoring, intelligent fault diagnosis and protection functions, enabling intelligent cutting and stable, reliable remote operation control, while boasting superior system scalability.
