本产品基于泡沫缓释理论利用成膜机理,在煤的水分蒸发及气体脱附过程、吸氧增重过程 、受热分解过程对煤进行阻化。囊材在高温下具有成膜性,使壁材能够良好的包覆芯材,能随着温度的提升快速释放芯材物质。通过添加不同浓度的复合阻化剂,优选具有最佳泡沫性能的阻化泡沫,以配合阻化剂使用。获得的泡沫具有大的发泡体积,紧密的多边形结构,泡沫体积半衰期长。以高堆积泡沫为载体运送高分子阻化剂到高位遗煤表面和缝隙,具有泡沫防护、液膜防护和表面阻化防护三重阻化效果。
This product utilizes the film-forming mechanism based on the foam slow-release theory to inhibit coal during the processes of moisture evaporation, gas desorption, oxygen absorption and weight increase, and thermal decomposition. The capsule material exhibits film-forming properties at high temperatures, enabling the wall material to effectively coat the core material and rapidly release the core material substances as the temperature increases. By adding compound inhibitors of different concentrations, the inhibitory foam with the best foam performance is selected for use with the inhibitor. The obtained foam has a large foaming volume, a tight polygonal structure, and a long half-life of foam volume. Using high-piled foam as a carrier to transport polymer inhibitors to the surface and gaps of high-level residual coal, it achieves triple inhibitory effects: foam protection, liquid film protection, and surface inhibitory protection.
