硅酸锂型混凝土防护材料
针对有机防护材料粘附性弱、防护持久性差,传统无机型防护材料伤害混凝土本身结构,煤科院联合日本北海道大学共同开发的新型混凝土防护材料。该防护材料通过与水汽结合从混凝土表面快速渗透,与混凝土中的CaO或Ca(OH)2反应,生成永不溶于水的无机C-S-H凝胶,堵塞混凝土内部的毛细孔隙,增强混凝土的密实度及强度,进而实现混凝土表面高效的防水性能。
Addressing the issues of weak adhesion and poor protective durability of organic protective materials, as well as the damage to the inherent structure of concrete caused by traditional inorganic protective materials, the China Coal Research Institute has jointly developed a new type of concrete protective material with Hokkaido University in Japan. This protective material rapidly penetrates the concrete surface by combining with water vapor, reacts with CaO or Ca(OH)2 in the concrete, and forms an inorganic C-S-H gel that never dissolves in water. This gel blocks the internal pores of the concrete, enhances the compactness and strength of the concrete, and thereby achieves efficient waterproof performance on the concrete surface.
