The environmentally friendly chlorine-free antifreeze for coal transportation utilizes non-chlorine additives and is prepared through composite pour point depression and thickening stabilization techniques. It addresses the industry challenges posed by traditional chloride-based antifreezes, which often lead to excessive chlorine content in commercial coal and corrosion of equipment. The antifreeze is designed in accordance with TB/T 3208-2008 "Technical Conditions for Antifreeze Used in Bulk Granular Cargo Transportation", is chlorine-free, and serves as an updated replacement for traditional chlorine salt-based antifreezes. It is primarily used for antifreezing coal trains during winter. This product possesses the following technical features: 1. The system is stable, with appropriate and controllable viscosity, and excellent antifreeze and corrosion inhibition performance; 2. It does not contain chlorine, thus causing no corrosion to coal transport trains, reducing the difficulty of "three wastes" treatment during coal combustion, especially significantly reducing the output of desulfurization wastewater.
