The polyurethane material used for water blocking in coal mines is a two-component polymer grouting product, consisting of component A (resin) and component B (catalyst). The product is constructed by mixing the two components in a 1:1 volume ratio using a dedicated pneumatic grouting pump and a mixing injection gun, which then reacts quickly to form a solid. It can effectively prevent water leakage from coal and rock masses and structures. It is mainly used for rapid water blocking in mine shaft walls and tunnels, as well as for sealing water leakage in retaining walls, sealed walls, and tunnels.
