The phenolic resin foam material used for coal mine filling and sealing consists of component A (resin) and component B (catalyst). The product is constructed by mixing and rapidly foaming with a dedicated pneumatic double-fluid grouting pump and a mixing injection gun. Its foaming ratio can reach more than 25 times. The cured material has good closed cell ratio, good toughness, and deformability. It reacts quickly, has a high foaming rate, and good overall pressure-bearing capacity, which can economically, quickly, and safely solve the problem of underground filling and sealing. It is mainly used in filling and sealing spaces that need to be loaded, such as roof collapse spaces in mining working faces and pressure-bearing sealing walls.
