The polyurethane used for coal mine spraying and air leakage prevention is a two-component, multi-purpose, gas-gel combined organic hybrid polymer spraying material. With the addition of thermal conductive materials, it is not prone to heat accumulation and has a low surface temperature. This spraying material is fully mixed by a dedicated equipment, and after a brief curing process, it can expand instantly, exhibiting strong adhesion and bonding capabilities with various materials such as coal blocks and rock masses. After complete curing, it possesses excellent waterproofing, sealing, and strong bonding functions. It is mainly used for temporary and permanent sealing walls in coal mine tunnels, windbreak walls, as well as rapid spraying and sealing of coal rib, coal pillar, and roof gaps.
