煤矿加固煤岩体用聚氨酯材料为双液型注浆加固用高分子材料,由A组分(催化剂)和B组分(树脂)组成,该产品施工通过一台专用气动注浆泵和一支搅拌注射枪以1:1的体积比搅拌混合注射到煤岩体中,低粘度混合物可快速渗透煤岩体微细裂隙,固化后生成具有优异力学性能的高分子聚合物,提高煤岩体的整体强度,适合于矿下破碎煤岩体的注浆加固。主要用于采掘工作面破碎煤岩体加固,巷道、煤柱维修加固,锚杆、锚索的全长锚固,瓦斯抽放孔及注水孔的封孔等。
The polyurethane material used for reinforcing coal and rock masses in coal mines is a two-component grouting reinforcement polymer material, consisting of component A (catalyst) and component B (resin). This product is constructed by mixing and injecting the components at a 1:1 volume ratio into the coal and rock masses using a dedicated pneumatic grouting pump and a mixing injection gun. The low-viscosity mixture can quickly penetrate the fine fractures of the coal and rock masses, and after curing, it forms a high-molecular polymer with excellent mechanical properties, enhancing the overall strength of the coal and rock masses. It is suitable for grouting reinforcement of fragmented coal and rock masses underground. It is mainly used for reinforcing fragmented coal and rock masses at mining and excavation work faces, repairing and reinforcing tunnels and coal pillars, anchoring the full length of anchor rods and cables, and sealing gas drainage holes and water injection holes.
