The environmentally friendly hydraulic support concentrated solution falls within the green and low-carbon sector and stands as the industry's first product to receive an environmentally friendly certification. The product, formulated on the basis of vegetable oil and amino acids, incorporates multifunctional additives synthesized through molecular design. While maintaining product performance, it has achieved a reduction in the total organic matter content of the product system, effectively lowering the COD value of the product and minimizing the discharge of transmission medium waste fluid into the environment. Its exceptional environmental performance contributes to the construction of green mines and promotes harmonious development of the ecological environment. This technology has been awarded the third prize of the China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award.
