Trackless auxiliary transportation equipment is mainly used for transporting personnel and materials underground in coal mines, handling mining equipment, lifting, cleaning, and other specialized operational needs. Taiyuan Research Institute was the first to develop domestically produced trackless rubber wheel auxiliary transportation equipment in 1999. After more than 20 years of exploration and development, the company has developed a full range of product lines with explosion-proof diesel engines and explosion-proof batteries as power sources, rated loads ranging from 1t to 130t, and installed powers ranging from 45kW to 380kW. The "Explosion proof Diesel Engine Trackless Rubber Wheel Vehicle" has been approved as a national manufacturing industry single champion product. We have developed four series of products for personnel transportation, material distribution, equipment handling, and specialized operations targeting the fully mechanized mining face and excavation face. We provide solutions for special scenarios such as thin coal seams, narrow tunnels, and non hardened road surfaces, achieving full coverage of coal mine auxiliary transportation operations. At the same time, we are committed to the construction of smart mines and continuously moving towards unmanned trackless auxiliary transportation. At present, our company has more than 18000 trackless rubber tyred vehicles in the market, which are used in more than 700 mines of large coal groups such as National Energy, Shaanxi Coal Chemical, Shandong Energy, Jinneng Holding, middling coal.
