人机协同安全防护装置基于UWB精确定位技术,采用模块化、小型化、轻量化设计,集成动态时隙协议机制、多源综合定位算法、分场景差异化控制模型,构建电子围栏,实现井下多场景人机协同主动安全防护功能,能够及时对安全隐患进行预警并闭锁,系统最远覆盖距离达到100米,闭锁响应时间小于1s。该方案经鉴定达国内领先水平,在遏制重特大事故发生方面能够发挥重要作用,减少矿井安全隐患对连续生产的影响,切实提高安全生产效率。
The human-machine collaborative safety protection device, based on UWB precise positioning technology, adopts a modular, miniaturized, and lightweight design. It integrates a dynamic time slot protocol mechanism, a multi-source integrated positioning algorithm, and a differentiated control model for different scenarios, forming an electronic fence. This device achieves active safety protection functions for human-machine collaboration in various underground scenarios, enabling timely early warning and locking of potential safety hazards. The system has a maximum coverage distance of 100 meters and a locking response time of less than 1 second. This solution has been appraised as domestically leading and can play a significant role in preventing major accidents, reducing the impact of mine safety hazards on continuous production, and effectively improving safety production efficiency.
