矿井瓦斯抽采智能管控系统突破了“抽采参数计量+泵站设备监控”的瓦斯抽采监控模式,构建了瓦斯抽采智能管控平台,将信息化、自动化、智能化技术充分融入到抽采作业中,基于“抽采系统一张图”管控设计理念,利用精准感知、数据汇聚(在线测量数据、人工测量数据、矿山基础数据等)、挖掘联动、辅助设计、二三维GIS展示、虚拟仿真技术,在少人干预甚至无人干预的情况下,完成抽采钻孔作业的监测与控制、抽采效果实时在线评价、抽采管网监测与调控、抽采泵站监测与控制、瓦斯利用监测与控制等,同时还可对抽采工作文档、煤层基本参数等进行信息化管理、抽采系统设备运维管理以及工作面防突预测和瓦斯日分析动态展示,实现“一个平台软件”即可对煤矿瓦斯抽采系统全面实时掌控。
The intelligent management and control system for gas extraction in mines breaks through the traditional gas extraction monitoring and control mode of "extraction parameter measurement + pump station equipment monitoring", and constructs an intelligent management and control platform for gas extraction, fully integrating informatization, automation and intelligent technologies into extraction operations. Based on the management and control design concept of "one map for the extraction system", by precise perception, data aggregation (online measurement data, manual measurement data, mine basic data, etc.), mining linkage, auxiliary design, 2D/3D GIS display and virtual simulation technologies, the system can complete the monitoring and control of drilling operations, real-time online evaluation of extraction effects, monitoring and regulation of extraction pipeline networks, monitoring and control of extraction pump stations, monitoring and control of gas utilization, etc. under little or no human intervention. Meanwhile, it can also carry out information management for extraction work documents, basic coal seam parameters, etc., operation and maintenance management of extraction system equipment, as well as outburst prediction for working faces and dynamic display of daily gas analysis, so as to achieve comprehensive and real-time control of the gas extraction system in coal mines through "one platform software".
