活塞杆外表面采用先进的激光熔覆,其熔覆层硬度超过HRC50,能耐超过3300小时的盐雾腐蚀,耐磨性也极为优异,能极大延长在恶劣工况下的使用寿命。外缸内表面采用熔覆铜合金工艺,形成的涂层结合强度高、摩擦系数低,能显著提升密封件的耐久性和整个液压系统的运行平顺性。同时,中缸、活柱柱塞等部位采用镀铜锡合金处理,进一步保障了抗腐蚀与耐磨性能。 通过这套再制造体系,我们让关键部件重获新生,性能甚至超越新品,为客户提供了高性价比的可持续解决方案。
The external surface of the piston rod is treated with advanced laser cladding. The cladding layer has a hardness exceeding HRC50, can withstand salt spray corrosion for more than 3,300 hours, and features outstanding wear resistance, greatly extending service life under harsh operating conditions. The inner surface of the outer cylinder is processed using a copper alloy cladding technique. The resulting coating exhibits high bonding strength and low friction coefficient, significantly improving the durability of seals and the smooth operation of the entire hydraulic system. In addition, the middle cylinder, plunger and other components are treated with copper-tin alloy plating, further enhancing corrosion resistance and wear performance. Through this complete remanufacturing system, we restore key components to better-than-new performance, providing customers with cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
