At present, Tiandi Benniu possesses four core wear-resistant technologies: MAG welding, submerged arc welding, plasma cladding, and laser additive manufacturing. We provide comprehensive solutions ranging from emergency repair to high-end remanufacturing according to different working conditions. MAG welding equipment is portable and responsive, suitable for emergency repair underground. Submerged arc welding features high deposition efficiency and large single repair thickness, ideal for mass production of large structural components. Plasma cladding offers outstanding cost performance. At only one-third the cost of laser technology, it triples the wear resistance of the base material, making it the preferred choice for conventional wear parts. Laser additive manufacturing delivers the highest precision and strongest bonding strength. Combined with cermet composite coatings, it achieves more than 6 times the service life in terms of wear resistance, specially used for precision and complex components such as sprocket pockets.
