This exhibit displays the entire process of sprocket repair technology. Physical models are used to intuitively present the forms of sprocket teeth and pockets before, during and after repair.We employ 3D modeling and visual recognition systems, combined with high-precision welding robots and intelligent positioners, to perform millimeter-level scanning and modeling of the sprocket pocket surfaces. The system automatically generates welding path programs, monitors welding temperature in real time, and precisely performs hardfacing with high-strength alloy welding wires.
