Relying on a fully digital production line, precise machining of the sprocket tooth profile, chain pockets, splines and other parts is realized.By adopting multi-axis linkage technology, the cutter can complete rough and finish machining of tooth profiles and chain pockets along complex spatial trajectories in a single clamping.Compared with traditional indexing machining, multi-axis linkage eliminates errors caused by repeated clamping, ensuring the consistency of tooth profiles.
