This exhibit displays the entire process of sprocket broken tooth repair technology.A physical model intuitively presents the sprocket tooth forms before breakage, during and after repair.We adopt 3D modeling and three-coordinate scanning for precise positioning.The core concept of the repair is prefabricated embedded sprocket teeth.Sprocket teeth and matching fixed bushings are individually manufactured according to the original tooth profile, using high-strength wear-resistant steel to ensure mechanical properties.
