This exhibit provides a dual-mode solution of replacement & refurbishment plus surface strengthening for the five vulnerable parts of the scraper conveyor middle pan, namely the middle plate, bottom plate, C-shaped side wall, side wall edge and shovel plate tread. Severely worn components are replaced with original-equipment materials to ensure structural stability, while slightly worn pan bodies are surface-strengthened by cladding high-strength wear-resistant layers. The combination of these two technologies synergistically extends the service life of the equipment.
