光声光谱痕量气体传感器
光声光谱气体传感器可实现ppm级CO、CH4等气体实时在线检测。基于光声光谱原理,系统具备准确可靠、响应迅速、免维护等突出优势。相较于传统光学传感器,本产品采用近红外光源,在保证检测精度的同时大幅降低系统成本,有效解决了低浓度气体“测不到、测不准”的行业难题。目前主要应用于地上工区压风机CO监测,未来可拓展至井下环境,为工况场所的有毒气体预警提供高性价比解决方案,以精准感知助力安全生产。
Photoacoustic spectroscopy gas sensors enable real-time detection of ppm-level gases such as CO and CH₄. Based on the photoacoustic spectroscopy principle, this product provides high accuracy, reliability, fast response, and maintenance-free operation. Compared with conventional optical sensors, it uses a near-infrared light source, significantly reducing system costs while maintaining detection accuracy, and effectively addressing the industry challenge of undetectable or inaccurate measurements at low gas concentrations. It is currently applied to CO monitoring of above-ground compressors, and can be extended to underground environments in the future, providing a cost-effective solution for toxic gas early warning in industrial sites and enhancing production safety through precise detection.
