The borehole gas multi-parameter monitoring instruments and the 3D integrated control platform for coal and gas outburst prevention operate in coordination to form an integrated hardware–software solution for mine gas outburst prevention and supervision. The monitoring instrument supports real-time acquisition of key parameters from single or multiple boreholes (up to 16 channels), including methane, carbon monoxide, flow rate, negative pressure, and temperature, enabling accurate characterization of gas drainage status and performance. Based on the monitoring data, the 3D integrated control platform provides functions such as intelligent borehole design, dynamic evaluation of drainage performance, prediction of time to compliance, and outburst risk early warning. It establishes a closed-loop workflow encompassing monitoring, analysis, decision-making, and control, thereby facilitating the transition from reactive to proactive mine gas outburst management.
