The TMBSKFD(1000/25) intrinsically safe electrically controlled relief valve represents the first product of its kind in China to complete underground industrial trials. Following rigorous validation at Wanli No.1 Mine and Nantun Mine, this product demonstrated outstanding performance with three consecutive months of fault-free, stable operation. Through intelligent interconnection with pump station controllers, it enables automatic pressure setting upon pump start-up and real-time pressure compensation during operation. This significantly enhances pressure regulation precision and efficiency, providing critical technical support for unmanned pump station operation. Specifically engineered to meet the high reliability demands of underground working face misting applications, this product serves as a core component driving the automation and intelligent upgrading of coal mining equipment.
