一、煤矿用车载甲烷断电装置基于甲烷浓度检测、超限及故障闭锁、无线传输等技术,通过安装甲烷传感器、断电仪、无线传输等设备,实现采煤机、 掘进机等井下移动机械设备运行环境甲烷浓度实时检测,浓度超限自动断电,装置故障自动闭锁等功能,消除潜在的安全隐患和风险,自动推送井下移动设备周围环境甲烷浓度信息和断电报警信息,实现全天候远程监测,为保障矿山安全生产提供技术支撑。二、针对关于推进全省煤矿井下危险作业区域安设“电子围栏”的通知,有效防范井下破碎机、转载机、掘进机、装载机、破碎机、带式输送机滚筒等大型机械频繁伤人事故。采用多元化技术手段,实现人员接近报警并停机,保障生命安全。
