TMIC 1250 L/min, 40 MPa Intelligent Emulsion Pump Station has achieved a breakthrough in the technology of five-plunger structures for high-pressure, ultra-large flow pump stations. It addresses the challenge of low fluid supply efficiency in ultra-high mining faces and possesses fully independent intellectual property rights. The system has been fully implemented at the Caojiatan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Coal Group in a 10-meter ultra-high mining face. Additionally, it has been successfully applied in the Shendong million-ton mine cluster and for long-distance fluid supply system at the Xinjulong Coal Mine. Key technical features include: (1) Overcoming ultra-stationary support technology for high-speed power shafts, resolving the issue of efficient transmission in megawatt-level five-plunger systems. (2) Pioneering safety technologies for high-pressure, ultra-large flow distribution and pressure allocation, reducing stress concentration in pump heads and extending the service life of distribution valves to over 2,000 hours. (3) Innovating internal and external dual-circulation drive positioning lubrication technology, addressing the issue of low lubrication efficiency of power components under variable frequency conditions. (4) Developing health management Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) technology driven by the fusion of emulsion pump failure mechanisms and monitoring data, advancing the monitoring and warning time for operational failures to over 2 hours and reducing the incidence of critical malfunctions.
