零碳⼯⼚、零碳园区
零碳园区(工厂)解决方案以“源网荷储”⼀体化为核心,构建“能源绿色供给+产业/新能源耦合+数智管控”全产业链节能降碳。零碳园区针对碳排放集中、传统技术降碳难、余热/余压资源丰富等特点,重点开发光储充⼀体化技术、新能源与化工产业链深度耦合技术、余热/余压综合利用技术、工业废水零排放技术、CCUS和生态碳汇技术,以及能碳数字化管理平台,实现“源头-过程-终端”全流程减碳。零碳工厂针对用能结构单一、产品碳排高等特点,重点开发光储充⼀体化技术、地源/空气源热泵供热/制冷技术、产品碳足迹和能碳数字化管理平台,实现产品的绿色低碳生产。
The zero-carbon industrial park (factory) solution centers on the integration of Source-Grid-Load-Storage, establishing a whole-industrial-chain energy conservation and carbon reduction system covering "green energy supply + industry/new energy coupling + digital-intelligent management and control". For zero-carbon industrial parks, characterized by concentrated carbon emissions, difficulty in carbon reduction via traditional technologies and abundant waste heat/pressure resources, key technologies will be developed including integrated PV-storage-charging technologies, deep coupling technologies between new energy and the chemical industry chain, comprehensive utilization technologies for waste heat and pressure, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) technologies for industrial wastewater, CCUS and ecological carbon sink technologies, as well as a digital energy-carbon management platform, achieving full-process carbon reduction from source to process to terminal. For zero-carbon factories, marked by a single energy consumption structure and high product carbon emissions, emphasis will be laid on developing integrated PV-storage-charging technologies, ground-source/air-source heat pump heating and cooling technologies, product carbon footprint and digital energy-carbon management platforms, enabling green and low-carbon production of products.
