The high-reliability gears for mining gearboxes developed by Tiandi Benniu feature optimized tooth profile and alignment parameters in their design, which reduces impact and noise during meshing and ensures that the engagement area remains consistently centered. In terms of materials, the company has collaborated with a renowned domestic special steel mill to co-develop materials, fundamentally ensuring the purity of the raw gear materials. This guarantees the structural integrity of the gears under extreme impact and continuous friction, preventing failures such as fractures and pitting. In manufacturing, advanced heat treatment technologies, gear root strengthening shot peening, and precision machining processes are employed to precisely control the internal microstructure of the gears. This achieves an ideal balance between surface hardness and core toughness, significantly enhancing the load-bearing capacity and service life of the gears. These measures ensure that the gears maintain smooth and efficient transmission even under harsh conditions such as high impact and prolonged operation, providing robust and reliable support for the dependable performance of mining gearboxes.

(1)原材料纯净度高:齿轮材料与国内知名特种钢厂合作研发,并采用电渣重熔工艺大幅提升材料纯净度,氢、氧、氮指标远高于国家标准。

(2)齿轮精度高:引进德国克林根贝格数控切齿机、霍夫勒数控成型磨齿机等世界一流装备,实现了5级加工精度与高度一致的产品质量,为齿轮传动平稳性、低噪音表现提供有力保障。

(3)先进的热处理技术:配备进口爱协林全自动可控气氛多用炉全自动渗碳生产线,可实现对齿轮渗碳工艺参数的精准控制,并建立全过程质量追溯系统。经热处理后材料的抗拉强度≥1400MPa渗碳层组织均匀,齿轮表面硬度稳定保持在HRC60-62

(4)齿轮疲劳寿命高:采用齿根喷丸强化工艺,在齿根表面形成超过600MPa的残余压应力层,有效抑制微裂纹萌生与扩展,使齿轮疲劳强度和使用寿命得到大幅提升。
