环保型相变凝胶钻孔密封材料是由环保水溶性高分子材料复配而成,用于煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔密封。具有钻孔密封性好、使用量少、环保可降解、相变可控及成本低等优点,可适应不同钻孔密封全过程中低阻注浆、低粘渗透、高粘胶结、动态密封及绿色降解的材料性能需求,可使单孔平均抽采瓦斯浓度提高1.2~1.5倍倍以上,并长期保持在30%以上,有效保障了钻孔瓦斯高质量抽采。同时,通过对材料降解可实现孔内抽采设备的回收,从根本上降低单孔密封成本,且单孔使用量仅为水泥基材料的3%~5%,极大降低现场施工人员劳动强度,为智能化随钻密封技术的发展提供了可靠的物质保障。
The eco-friendly phase-change gel drilling sealant is formulated from environmentally sustainable water-soluble polymers and is designed for sealing gas extraction boreholes in underground coal mines. It offers advantages such as excellent borehole sealing performance, minimal usage requirements, environmental degradability, controllable phase transition, and low cost. The material adapts to diverse sealing needs throughout the entire borehole sealing process, including low-resistance grouting, low-viscosity penetration, high-viscosity bonding, dynamic sealing, and green degradation. It increases the average methane extraction concentration per borehole by 1.2 to 1.5 times or more, maintaining it above 30% long-term, effectively ensuring high-quality gas extraction from the borehole. Simultaneously, the material's degradability enables recovery of in-hole extraction equipment, fundamentally reducing per-hole sealing costs. Its per-hole usage is only 3%–5% of cement-based materials, significantly lowering labor intensity for field personnel and providing reliable material support for the development of intelligent drill-while-sealing technology.
