环保型相变凝胶钻孔密封材料由环保水溶性高分子材料复配而成,主要应用于煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔密封,可满足不同工况下钻孔密封全过程性能需求,为瓦斯高效抽采和智能化随钻密封提供可靠材料支撑。 该材料共有五大核心优势。一是材料采用环保配方,具有密封性好、使用量少、环保可降解、相变可控、成本低等综合优势;二是可适配钻孔密封全过程,满足低阻注浆、低粘渗透、高粘胶结、动态密封、绿色降解等关键性能要求;三是瓦斯抽采效果提升显著,可使单孔平均抽采瓦斯浓度提高 1.2~1.5 倍以上,并长期稳定保持在 30% 以上,有效保障钻孔瓦斯高质量抽采;四是材料降解后可实现孔内抽采设备回收,从根本上降低单孔密封成本,且单孔使用量仅为水泥基材料的 3%~5%,大幅减轻现场施工劳动强度;五是性能稳定可靠,为智能化随钻密封技术的工程化应用提供了坚实物质保障。
This eco-friendly phase-change gel drilling hole sealing material is formulated from a blend of environmentally friendly, water-soluble polymers. It is primarily used for sealing drilling holes in underground coal mine gas extraction operations. The material meets performance requirements throughout the entire sealing process under various operating conditions, providing reliable material support for efficient gas extraction and intelligent real-time sealing during drilling. This material offers five key advantages. First, it utilizes an eco-friendly formulation, offering comprehensive benefits such as excellent sealing performance, low application volume, environmental friendliness and biodegradability, controllable phase transition, and low cost. Second, it is suitable for the entire borehole sealing process, meeting critical performance requirements such as low-resistance grouting, low-viscosity permeation, high-viscosity bonding, dynamic sealing, and green biodegradation. Third, it significantly enhances gas extraction efficiency, increasing the average gas concentration extracted per well by 1.2 to 1.5 times or more, and maintaining it stably above 30% over the long term, thereby effectively ensuring high-quality gas extraction from the borehole; Fourth, after the material degrades, the extraction equipment inside the borehole can be recovered, fundamentally reducing the sealing cost per borehole. Furthermore, the material usage per borehole is only 3%–5% of that of cement-based materials, significantly reducing the labor intensity of on-site construction; Fifth, the material offers stable and reliable performance, providing a solid material foundation for the engineering application of intelligent real-time sealing technology.
