The fully automated grouting system for boreholes is China's first automated grouting system, featuring lightweight design, self-propulsion, and full automation. Based on rapid detection of borehole sealing parameters and drilling data, the system automatically calculates grouting pressure and volume. Through its weighing system and grout mixing system, it produces uniform and stable EPCG material slurry. It also features automatic anomaly diagnosis, analysis, and alarm functions during grouting. Ultimately, it enables intelligent, precise injection of environmentally friendly phase-change gel borehole sealing material slurry, ensuring the quality of borehole grouting and sealing construction.
