The fully automated grouting system for boreholes is China’s first automated grouting equipment. It features a lightweight, self-propelled design and fully automated operation. Primarily used for grouting and sealing boreholes in underground coal mines, it enables intelligent monitoring and control throughout the entire grouting process, effectively ensuring the quality of borehole grouting and sealing operations.
This equipment offers four core advantages. First, as China’s first automated grouting system, it features a lightweight, self-propelled design that allows for flexible on-site deployment and a high degree of automation. Second, it can rapidly analyze equipment performance data and drilling parameters based on borehole sealing requirements to automatically calculate grouting pressure and volume, thereby achieving intelligent matching of grouting parameters. Third, through the coordinated operation of the weighing system and the grouting preparation system, it can prepare uniform and stable EPCG slurry, enabling the intelligent and precise injection of eco-friendly phase-change gel borehole sealing material; fourth, it features automatic diagnosis and analysis of abnormalities during the grouting process, along with automatic alarm functions, to monitor construction status in real time, effectively mitigate grouting risks, and significantly enhance the quality and reliability of borehole sealing operations.
