煤矿瓦斯含量井下直接测定装置
煤层瓦斯含量井下原地快速测定仪由井下煤样密封破碎系统、解吸瓦斯自动计量系统、数据智能处理系统等部件组成。井下煤样密封破碎系统以高保压罐体为载体,以井下压风为动力源,通过机械旋转装置实现煤样现场粉碎,可有效解决因煤样罐漏气导致瓦斯含量测定值偏低的问题。解吸瓦斯自动计量系统使用高灵敏度、高精度的重量传感器直接测量排水重量,并将其转换为瓦斯解吸量,克服了人工读数误差和气体流量传感器精度限制的问题。数据智能处理系统内置煤层瓦斯含量高精度处理模型,对收集的瓦斯解吸数据进行分析,快速解算煤层瓦斯含量测定结果,即时生成结果报表,并通过人机交互界面实时展示。利用移动终端,该系统还可实现测试过程全程录像,测试人员现场签名等功能,满足测试结果溯源需求。
The in-situ rapid coalbed methane content tester consists of an underground coal sample sealing and crushing system, an automatic desorption gas measurement system, and an intelligent data processing system. The underground coal sample sealing and crushing system utilizes a high-pressure-retaining tank as its carrier and relies on underground compressed air as its power source. Through a mechanical rotation device, it achieves on-site pulverization of coal samples, effectively resolving the issue of low methane content readings caused by gas leakage from sample containers. The automatic desorption gas measurement system employs a high-sensitivity, high-precision load cell to directly measure the weight loss during drainage. This data is converted into desorbed gas volume, eliminating manual reading errors and overcoming the accuracy limitations of gas flow sensors. The intelligent data processing system incorporates a high-precision coal seam gas content processing model. It analyzes collected gas desorption data to rapidly calculate coal seam gas content measurement results, instantly generates result reports, and displays them in real-time via a human-machine interface. Utilizing mobile terminals, the system also enables full-process video recording of testing procedures and on-site signatures by test personnel, meeting traceability requirements for test results.
