煤矿用钻屑法智能检测系统是依据《煤矿安全规程》及《防治煤矿冲击地压细则》的局部监测要求所研发,是国内首台套、行业内唯一拥有安标认证的钻屑法智能检测系统,主要适用于冲击地压和煤与瓦斯突出矿井。已在山东能源集团新巨龙煤矿、赵楼煤矿,国能乌海能源集团、昊华能源、龙煤双鸭山矿业、山西赵庄煤矿、长平煤矿、天地王坡等煤矿应用示范。
该装备共有五大核心优势。一是煤科院是国标GB/T 25217.6-2019 《冲击地压测定、监测与防治方法 第6部分:钻屑监测方法》的起草单位。二是系统内置单米钻进循环和动力现象智能判识模型,具备延米进尺与单米煤粉重量自动登记功能,可实现顶钻、卡钻、吸钻等动力现象的智能判识;三是具备“一键”作业功能,可实现一键“启钻”或“回钻”作业,“一键”作业与手动作业有效切换;四是当遇到钻进阻力增加、作业环境异常等特殊工况时,可实现智能降速增转,减低卡钻风险;五是开发了手机端app及web版“钻屑法智能检测系统”平台,可实现煤粉量、钻杆扭矩、转速、位移等传感器数据实时上传至井上预警平台,智能生成报表。
The intelligent drill cuttings detection system for coal mines was developed in accordance with the monitoring requirements outlined in the *Regulations on Coal Mine Safety* and the *Detailed Rules for the Prevention and Control of Coal Mine Rockburst*. It is the first of its kind in China and the only system in the industry to hold safety certification. It is primarily designed for use in mines prone to rockbursts and coal and gas outbursts. It has been demonstrated at coal mines including Xinjulong and Zhaolou Mines of Shandong Energy Group, as well as mines operated by Guoneng Wuhai Energy Group, Haohua Energy, Longmei Shuangyashan Mining, Shanxi Zhaozhuang Mine, Changping Mine, and Tiandi Wangpo Mine.
This equipment offers five key advantages. First, the China Coal Research Institute is the drafting entity for the national standard GB/T 25217.6-2019, “Methods for Determination, Monitoring, and Prevention of Rockburst—Part 6: Drill Cuttings Monitoring Method.” Second, the system incorporates built-in intelligent recognition models for per-meter drilling cycles and dynamic phenomena, featuring automatic recording of advance per meter and coal powder weight per meter, enabling intelligent identification of dynamic phenomena such as roof drilling, stuck drill, and suction drilling; Third, it features a “one-button” operation function, allowing for one-button “start drilling” or “reverse drilling” operations, with seamless switching between “one-button” and manual modes; Fourth, when encountering special operating conditions such as increased drilling resistance or abnormal working environments, the system can intelligently reduce speed and increase rotation to mitigate the risk of drill bit jamming; Fifth, a mobile app and web-based “Intelligent Cuttings Analysis System” platform have been developed, enabling real-time upload of sensor data—including coal powder volume, drill pipe torque, rotational speed, and displacement—to the surface early warning platform, where reports are generated automatically.
