微震监测系统
微震监测系统是依据《煤矿安全规程》及《防治煤矿冲击地压细则》的区域监测要求,研发的国内首套国产化装备,主要应用于浅埋工作面动载矿压监测预警、冲击地压灾害/矿震监测预警、顶板大面积来压预测预报等领域。目前,已在晋控、国能、中煤、大唐、龙煤等大型集团进行广泛成功应用。 该装备共有四大核心优势。一是煤科院是国标GB/T 25217.4-2019 《冲击地压测定、监测与防治方法 第4部分:微震监测方法》的起草单位。二是该系统配备7种主频传感器,可实现对矿井范围内能量大于100J、频率0-1500Hz、动态范围110dB的煤岩体破坏现象的实时在线监测;三是可实现基于监测结果的监测区域应力场反演与裂隙场反演;四是可搭配地面矿震计及短周期密集台站,实现井上下联合微震矿震一体化监测及采场覆岩的三维精细结构成像。
The microseismic monitoring system is the first domestically developed equipment of its kind, designed in accordance with the regional monitoring requirements outlined in the *Regulations on Coal Mine Safety* and the *Detailed Rules for the Prevention and Control of Coal Mine Rockburst*. It is primarily used for dynamic load monitoring and early warning in shallow-seam mining faces, as well as for monitoring and early warning of rockburst disasters and mine tremors, and for predicting and forecasting large-scale roof pressure. Currently, it has been widely and successfully deployed in major coal mining groups such as Jinkong, Guoneng, China Coal, Datang, and Longmei. This system offers four key advantages. First, the China Coal Research Institute served as the drafting entity for the national standard GB/T 25217.4-2019, “Methods for Determination, Monitoring, and Prevention of Rockburst—Part 4: Microseismic Monitoring Methods.” Second, the system is equipped with seven types of main-frequency sensors, enabling real-time online monitoring of coal and rock mass failure phenomena within the mine area with energy greater than 100 J, frequencies ranging from 0 to 1,500 Hz, and a dynamic range of 110 dB; Third, it enables the inversion of stress fields and fracture networks in the monitored area based on monitoring results; Fourth, when integrated with surface mine seismometers and short-period dense station networks, the system enables integrated microseismic and mine seismic monitoring above and below ground, as well as three-dimensional high-resolution imaging of the overlying rock structure in mining areas.
