矿用激光甲烷遥测仪由激光发射单元、回光接收单元、激光探测器和控制单元等组成,利用甲烷气体对特定波长激光的吸收作用原理,远距离快速检测前方未知区域的甲烷气体浓度状况。激光发射单元发出的激光,穿过气体监测区域后,到达反射物并被漫反射至回光接收单元,激光探测器将监测到的激光强度变化反馈至控制单元进行处理,得到激光传输路径上甲烷气体组份的积分浓度。
The mine laser methane remote detector is composed of a laser emission unit, a reflected light receiving unit, a laser detector and a control unit, etc. It uses the principle of methane gas's absorption of laser at a specific wavelength to rapidly detect the methane gas concentration in the unknown area ahead at a long distance. The laser emitted by the laser emission unit passes through the gas monitoring area, reaches the reflector and is diffusely reflected to the reflected light receiving unit. The laser detector feeds back the changes in the laser intensity it detects to the control unit for processing, and the integral concentration of the methane gas component along the laser transmission path is obtained.
