(2)自动上下定向钻杆功能:采用机械手、钻杆箱及双夹持器配合,实现钻杆的自动加接和拆卸,有效降低员工劳动强度。
(3)一键全自动钻孔功能:通过程序控制钻机的各个动作,钻孔时只需按下控制键,钻机即可自动钻进及退钻。
(4)数据自动记录功能:在钻孔过程中可自动记录钻机的压力、转速、给进速度等动态参数及钻孔深度、钻孔时间等关键参数。
(5)自动调整工具面向角功能: 通过输入工具面向角数值,钻机动力头可自动旋转相应角度,解决人工操作引起的工具面向角定位不准的难题。
(6)自动开分支孔功能:在指定主孔位置,软件程序通过对给进速度的精确控制,可进行自动开分支钻进,成功率高。
(7)自动定向洗孔功能:通过输入洗孔设定值,在完成定向钻进后,钻机可进行自动定向洗孔,中途无需人工干预。
(8)目标弯头自动计算功能 :根据测量系统采集的最近一组测量数据,弯头计算软件结合弯头经验表和已有的大量钻孔数据,通过学习和分析,可自动计算出下一组弯头的目标值。
(9)自动测量与存储功能:在完成一个定向钻进流程后,随钻测量系统会自动测量钻孔数据,如方位角,倾角,工具面向角等重要参数,上传至数据采集器并存储在数据列表中,在测量软件中形成实时钻孔轨迹,方便钻孔轨迹等数据的对比分析。
(10)钻孔轨迹精确控制功能:利用随钻测量技术,实时监测钻孔轨迹,通过调整工具面向角,实现钻孔轨迹的精确控制,保证实钻轨迹符合要求。

(2)Automatic Directional Drill Pipe Handling Function: It adopts the cooperation of a mechanical arm, a drill pipe box, and double grippers to realize automatic connection and disassembly of drill pipes, effectively reducing the labor intensity of employees.
(3)One-Click Fully Automatic Drilling Function: Each action of the drilling rig is controlled by a program. During drilling, only the control button needs to be pressed, and the rig can automatically drill and retract the drill.
(4)Automatic Data Recording Function: During the drilling process, it can automatically record dynamic parameters of the rig such as pressure, rotation speed, and feeding speed, as well as key parameters such as drilling depth and drilling time.
(5)Automatic Tool Face Angle Adjustment Function: By inputting the tool face angle value, the power head of the rig can automatically rotate to the corresponding angle, solving the problem of inaccurate tool face angle positioning caused by manual operation.
(6)Automatic Branch Hole Drilling Function: At the specified main hole position, the software program can perform automatic branch drilling through precise control of the feeding speed, with a high success rate.
(7)Automatic Directional Hole Flushing Function: By inputting the hole flushing set value, after completing directional drilling, the rig can perform automatic directional hole flushing without manual intervention in the middle.
(8)Automatic Target Elbow Calculation Function: Based on the latest set of measurement data collected by the measurement system, the elbow calculation software combines the elbow experience table and a large amount of existing drilling data, and can automatically calculate the target value of the next set of elbows through learning and analysis.
(9)Automatic Measurement and Storage Function: After completing a directional drilling process, the measurement while drilling (MWD) system will automatically measure drilling data, such as important parameters including azimuth angle, inclination angle, and tool face angle. The data is uploaded to the data collector and stored in the data list, and a real-time drilling trajectory is formed in the measurement software, facilitating the comparative analysis of data such as drilling trajectory.
(10)Precision Drilling Trajectory Control Function: Using measurement while drilling technology to monitor the drilling trajectory in real time, precise control of the drilling trajectory is achieved by adjusting the tool face angle, ensuring that the actual drilling trajectory meets the requirements.
