Using a domestically developed, independently controllable Kuanghong system, a distributed architecture automated edge control system has been constructed. The system deeply implements both intrinsic safety and localization technology standards. Through the proprietary Mining Device Communication Protocol (MDTP), seamless interconnection between devices is achieved, effectively breaking down underground data barriers and forming a comprehensive equipment status perception and coordinated control capability. The automated edge control system adopts a layered distributed architecture, integrating programmable control cabinets and multi-type acquisition substations, building an efficient and collaborative intelligent control network. The system is equipped with digital, analog, and RTD acquisition substations, constructing a multi-dimensional sensing network, and establishing a 'perception-decision-execution' closed-loop control system in key mining systems such as main transportation, drainage, and ventilation. Relying on edge computing nodes, data is processed nearby, maintaining control latency within 50ms, combining millisecond-level response speed with industrial-grade reliability. It perfectly meets the core requirements of real-time control and intrinsic safety for intelligent coal mine construction, providing an innovative solution for the localization replacement of mining equipment.
