As a flagship achievement independently developed by the Chinese Institude of Coal Science (CICS) of China Coal Technology and Engineering Group (CCTEG), the TaiyangshiKuangshan Large Model(Solstone) is the first industry-specific large model base in the mining field that has passed the dual filing for algorithms and services with the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and possesses full-chain AI empowerment capability.It has completed the R&D of the industry's first set of three core toolchains, namely multimodal data annotation, trustworthy application inference framework, and industry capability benchmark testbed. Additionally, it has innovatively built a "Data-Training-Application-Testing" four-dimensional application system and established a root capability matrix for a series of AI applications, including Mining Data Engineer, Mining GPT, Mining Visual Inspection, Mining Central Control, Mining Knowledge & Practice, and CCTEG Mining Safety. This model deeply covers key business scenarios in the mining industry such as data annotation, knowledge services, visual analysis, scheduling optimization, supervision and inspection, and regulatory compliance, enabling the accurate implementation and large-scale promotion of full-process production management and control, safety identification, and efficiency evaluation for the "Human-Machine-Environment-Management" cycle in mines.Through the construction of high-quality datasets, the output of benchmark testing capabilities, and the expansion of scenario-based applications, a complete mining artificial intelligence ecosystem and technology system has been formed. This effectively drives the intelligent upgrading of the upstream and downstream industrial chains and provides core support for the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation of the mining industry.
