自清洁超声波风速传感器
矿用风速风向传感器是一款利用超声波在空气中传播的时间差来测量风速的测量仪器。其利用超声波在流体中顺流、逆流传播相同距离时存在时间差,而这个时间差与被测流体的流动速度有关系,由此测出时间的差异而得出流体的流速。主机通过两个超声波探头对超声波信号进行信号采集,再经过数据分析计算,得出具体风速。传感器适配驱动机构,可实现全断面风速扫描测量。超声波探头可适配清洁器,由本安电机驱动,风速数据波动超限后主机发送清洁指令,清洁器完成清洁,风速数据稳定后停止,在5min内可完成清洁,也可设定定时工作。
The mining wind speed and direction sensor is a measuring instrument that uses the time difference of ultrasonic waves propagating in the air to measure wind speed. It utilizes the time difference that occurs when ultrasonic waves travel the same distance with and against the flow of the fluid. This time difference is related to the flow velocity of the fluid being measured, allowing the fluid velocity to be derived from the measured time difference. The host device collects ultrasonic signals through two ultrasonic probes, and after data analysis and calculation, the specific wind speed is obtained. The sensor is equipped with a drive mechanism to enable full-section wind speed scanning measurement. The ultrasonic probes can be fitted with a cleaner, driven by an intrinsically safe motor. When wind speed data fluctuations exceed the limit, the host sends a cleaning command, the cleaner performs the cleaning, and stops once the wind speed data stabilizes. The cleaning can be completed within 5 minutes, and scheduled operation can also be set.
